You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoTalk. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for everything that happens under it. One person, one account — no impersonation.

Don't use CryptoTalk to break the law or harm others. In particular, no spam, scams, phishing, malware, referral farming, market manipulation, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or posting stolen or illegal material. Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it on the platform so the community can see it. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.

Crypto is volatile and risky. Nothing on CryptoTalk is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice — it's user-generated discussion. Always do your own research and never invest more than you can afford to lose. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on content here.

The Marketplace lets members list goods and services. CryptoTalk is not a party to any transaction, is not an escrow, and does not verify listings, sellers, or buyers. Deals are strictly buyer-beware — use a trusted escrow and your own judgment. We're not liable for any loss from a Marketplace transaction.

We may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that break these Terms or the community rules, at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoTalk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the platform or content posted by others.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. We'll post the new version here and update the date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
