ETH now, buy or wait?

Been looking at ETH lately and not sure what to do. Price is around 1.6k now and market still feels kinda weak with all the ETF outflows / macro stuff, but at same time seems like some inflows are coming back and ETH looks cheap compared to before.

For people who follow ETH more, would you start buying here or wait and try to get lower? Not looking for financial advice, just wanna hear what others think rn

price talk aside, gas has been dumb cheap lately which usually means nobody's using the chain, not exactly a bullish sign imo. dca in if you believe in the tech long term, trying to snipe the exact bottom is a losing game even for people staring at charts all day
